Women's C.A.R.E. Kit
A compassionate lifeline designed to empower women facing the heartbreaking choice of the abortion pill, offering them opportunities to take a different course, information on why they may want to choose differently, connections with nurses and the Abortion Pill Reversal hotline, and, if they still choose to continue the abortion, tools to protect them and preserve their baby's precious remains with dignity.

and Evaluation Kit
A new method to reach abortion determined clients
as recommended by Bioethicists, OB/GYNs, and National Leaders
"It breaks our heart that our culture is at a point where women are ordering pills online and never seeing a sidewalk counselor or visiting a pregnancy center. But that's where we are. It's of utmost importance that we find a way to reach these women. I understand you might be hesitant to make it appear as if you are ok with her choice or are aiding her in some way. But let me share, after performing abortions in residency and then becoming a Prolife OB, that there is nothing in this kit that participates in abortion and much in it that can dissuade her from the act. In the tragic scenario where she still chooses abortion, do we not owe it to the mom to help her not die? Do we not owe it to the child to be buried and not flushed? We must not shrink back, but press on with a consistent message than moms and babies matter and redemption is possible - whether she chooses life (please LORD), APR, or even when she tragically aborts."

In-Person Hand-Off
A trained advocate walks an abortion-determined client through what her body will experience, what the process actually involves, and the real risks. In a moment when many women are rushed forward with partial information and quiet pressure, this conversation—made possible by offering the kit at a point where she might otherwise disengage—creates space to pause and an opportunity to step off the path before it begins.
At Home, Not Alone
The second opportunity to exit the process comes after she leaves the appointment. The kit continues to speak in the quiet moments at home, when doubts and questions often surface. Direct connection to Infinite Worth’s 24/7 nurse line ensures she is not alone with her thoughts. This combination of information and real-time support creates space for reflection—and for choosing a different course before pills are taken.
After the First Pill
The third moment where exit from the abortion process becomes possible is also time-sensitive and crucial. If only the first pill has been taken, the kit clearly points to Abortion Pill Reversal (APR), making sure women know that a window of hope may still exist. By explaining what to do and who to call, the kit creates a final opportunity for a different decision at a moment when many believe it is already too late.
A tool for the 11th Hour
I want to talk to you about a woman every pregnancy center knows well.
It is not the woman who is eager for your support and ready to hear about your programs.
It is not the woman who is still weighing her options and just needs more information.
It is the woman who leaves — even after seeing the ultrasound and hearing the heartbeat — who is still set on taking the abortion pills.
You know her.
She is the one your staff thinks about for days afterward.
The one whose name lingers in the room long after she is gone.
She is the one you wish you had just one more tool for — something to help her see the pain that is coming.
The CARE Kit was created specifically for this woman and for this 11th-hour moment. It is not for every client, and it is not meant to replace the care you already provide. It is for that one specific girl who is set on her path, not expecting any more help from the center because she has chosen abortion.
The CARE Kit turns an awkward exit into a transitional moment — a moment for her to be seen, heard, and loved. The kit is a thoughtful gift that provides real, practical tools while clearly and tangibly presenting the reality of a pill-based abortion.
Conversations that once felt closed remain open as women work through informed consent and begin to understand what they will experience. And it is often at this point that hearts begin to soften and change.
Centers have seen it happen. Women go from being abortion-determined to asking a simple question:
“If I don’t have an abortion, how can you help me?”
The 11th hour is real.
The girl walking out the door is real.
And now there is something real and powerful to place in her hands.
This may not be for every center — and that is okay. But for the centers that feel the weight of the 11th-hour moment and are asking, “Can we do more?” — this is our answer.
"Providing accurate information, a blood-loss chart, and clear guidance on when to seek emergency medical care empowers women with true informed consent. Informed care saves lives—and the C.A.R.E. Kit equips women with the knowledge they deserve."

Why I Thought the C.A.R.E. Kit was a Bad Idea...
By Brandon Monahan, CEO Heritage House
In late 2022, when Rachel from Infinite Worth first brought me the idea of adapting a miscarriage kit into an abortion-care kit, I was extremely skeptical. I had what I believed were good reasons to object, so I delayed the project. Now, I regret that decision.
My first concern was simple: I didn't want to support abortions. From a pro-life standpoint, I was wrestling with whether a kit like this could end up assisting the process instead of saving lives.
My second concern was timing. The window from "I just found out I'm pregnant" to "the abortion is underway" has become extremely compressed. I kept thinking, "How does a kit get to a woman who already has the pill?"
And then, to be blunt, there was an emotional barrier: this kit is connected to something gruesome. It felt heavy and something I didn't want to be part of that.
Over time, though, the answers came—and they didn't just remove my objections, they became the strongest reasons for the Women's C.A.R.E. Kit.
The "are we supporting abortion?" question was answered when I saw a booklet originally designed by the Southwest Coalition. That brochure helped me understand the kit's power in stopping and reversing abortions—not assisting them. A medical ethicist helped to ensure the brochure made the kit an "exit ramp," a chance for a woman to pause and say, "Wait a second—what am I doing? I want to do something different."
The timing issue became a winning issue when pregnancy centers became involved. Instead of shipping a kit, a client could get an instant referral, drive over, have an appointment, and leave with both information and the kit. This created an opportunity to reach abortion-determined women who never would have stepped into a center otherwise.
Finally, the gruesome nature of the kit turned out to be an amazing positive. As we told OB/GYNs about the kit, the response was a heartfelt and enthusiastic desire to get them to their patients. They were simply angry at what the abortion clinics were doing to their clients and were ecstatic that someone was going to offer real help and support.
I now believe the Women's C.A.R.E. Kit is one of the best tools to help women reconsider taking the pill. We hope you see this opportunity and join us in helping women making a choice that will both save a life and avoid the physical and emotional pain of abortion.
